Welcome to Day 13 of Breathe Through Your Breakup!

As we approach the 2-week mark in our journey together, it’s only fair that we give ourselves a little break from the inner work and releasing we’ve been doing.

So today I’m inviting you to pause, slow your roll, and allow the shifts you’ve made over the last 2 weeks to settle in.

Today’s meditation is inspired by Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) which is an incredibly relaxing experience and one that has continued to help me settle the monkey mind on days no other practice will help with.

You’ll feel yourself almost in a sleep-like state, yet you’re awake and aware. It’s so blissful.
