Today is a practice that invites you to tune into the innate wisdom you have within you.

We often turn to friends, family and mentors (and good ole Google) for their advice, which is great as we all deserve a strong support system.

But then there’s building that trust and support with ourselves, and trusting our own wisdom and insight about what’s happening for us.

I love this practice because it uses the power of visualization to tap into this innate wisdom.

May today’s meditation remind you that it’s safe to trust yourself.

And that you can connect to that part of you that always has your best interest mind.
