Welcome to Day 7 of Breathe Through Your Breakup!

This practice is for those days you feel like you could use a little gratitude.

Not because you’re not a “grateful person,” but because when we go through a breakup, everything can hurt.

It’s hard to see around the thick fog of hurt, pain, and loss.

But, when we consciously choose to cultivate gratitude for just a few minutes a day through meditation, we give our soul exactly what it wants and needs to heal through this heartache.

Gratitude helps lift the fog, part the clouds, and allows the sun to shine.

(That just totally rolled off..my fingers. But it sounds like a quote I should use more often.)
