Welcome to Day 1 of Breathe Through Your Breakup!

Each day you’ll receive a brand new meditation via audio recording (see below), so you can simply pop your headphones in and listen wherever you like.

You’ll notice at the top of the page, I list the length of the meditation & what position is best for this kind of practice. Just keep in mind this is a suggestion and it’s best to choose the position that meets you where YOU are at today.

Every meditation and breathing practice is gentle and made for everyone, however; if at any point you feel discomfort or the breathing exercises are challenging that day, listen to your body’s wisdom. It’s important to talk to your primary health care physician before starting any new health or wellness plan.

Today we are easing into the next 21 days so I’ll be taking you through a simple mindfulness meditation and sharing a little bit about what you can expect over the next 21 days together!

Today is unlike any other day as it’s to serve as an introduction (so I do a little more talking today!) Please note what I share today can also be found in your guide to staying committed and enjoying your practice below.

What’s INCLUDED in this program

Be sure to print off your Meditation Journal and have it with you before and after your meditation. There’s space to record how you feel before each meditation and after, as well as journaling questions for deeper reflection.

I’ve also included a 5-minute reset meditation you can do at any point during the day, whether you’re transitioning from work to home, or need a 5-minute break from what you’re doing to reconnect with yourself.

And lastly, you’ve got a weekly self-care checklist with 16 activities to enjoy throughout the day and have the pleasure of checking off as you go! I know it can feel like there’s “nothing” to do during a breakup, which was my exact motivation for creating this for you :)

When to Meditate?

This is completely up to you! Any time is a great time to meditate.

Just keep in mind these meditations can be emotional so you’ll want to find a space either in the morning or evening to fully embrace the experience.

Several students have found their own rhythm and flow, but ultimately, if you can do this every single day—you’re doing great.

Let’s begin—I’m so glad you’re here.
