K, someone explain codependency to me thanks Nancy Ruth Deen, Conscious Breakup Coach

Okay, so I know what you’re thinking—you really don’t want to be called codependent.

I know, it’s triggering. Makes you feel like you’re not that independent woman you thought you were.

That you really want to be.

And I TOTALLY felt that way before meeting my husband.

But as time wore on, and I started to become increasingly curious as to why I didn’t feel that happy being single or feeling like my exes at the time weren’t providing enough happiness in the relationship…I had to dabble in this conversation.

And today, I’m breaking it down. Seriously, I actually was walking home from such a good working session and immediately sat down, whipped out my headphones (even though I have my podcasting mic) and just started to let it flow.

I promise by the end of this podcast, you won’t see codependency in this overwhelming way that it’s often described. Okay?

Here’s what else is in store for the next 20 minutes:

  • The absolute BEST definition of codependency I’ve ever heard (taught to me by my spiritual coach)

  • Finally answering what role your ex/partner DOES play in your happiness

  • How to analyze your last relationship with more clarity from the place of working on your codependency

  • How I now understand codependency now that I’m married vs when I was dating in my other relationships

Press play and enjoy!
