If you’ve been feeling the BURNOUT of dating —this is the episode for you.

My Uber driver yesterday was talking about how she’s single and feeling like everyone on dating apps is jaded and don’t want to settle down and that maybe the issue is that people are just too available and don’t want a real connection these days.

And let me tell you—I relate to that ONE HUNDRED PER CENT.

Why? Because hello, former matchmaker over here and former single, serial-dating gal. 🙋‍♀️

And I battled a lot with what I saw in front of me as far as the people I dated went, and struggled to see things differently. My friends and expert would tell me it was my “mindset” that needed fixing—not my circumstance.

But I did not know exactly how to get on board with the whole mindset thing, honestly.

And I also got REALLY caught in the cycle of feeling like if I wasn’t actively putting myself out there, I wasn’t going to find anyone.

But what I now know, and what I’m sharing with you today, is some combination of cringe-worthy stories of my matchmaking days mixed with my 3 tips to help you press RESET on your dating life if you’re feeling like you’re about to throw in the towel.
